Mandy Hunt
Program Manager

Teaching and traveling are two of my passions. After studying abroad in Australia and Spain in my undergraduate years, my life was forever changed. Now, working at TESL Express, I get to help others go abroad and experience foreign cultures too.

I recently completed the TESL certificate program, experiencing TESL Express as a student. I can tell you first-hand that the instructors are amazing. They are passionate about their work and are very knowledgeable and experienced in Teaching English as a Second Language.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with many people from various countries and of differing cultural backgrounds. At the University of Washington , I was able to connect with people both at a professional and personal level as they attended programs focusing on global business and global strategy. Having dealt with a diversity of professionals and students for many years, I was able to see past our language and cultural barriers, which in turn developed my interpersonal skills. I greatly enjoyed learning from them and at the same time they learned from us.
